Hi there guys.......how r u doin.....an old trick but may be new for some people....
Install gtalk..........now u can see a icon of gtalk on ur desktop..........make a copy of the gtalk icon on ur desktop itself.......now there are two icons of gtalk.........rename the copied one as "multiple google talk"....without the inverted commas.........
now right click on the multiple gtalk icon and go for its properties........there u could see a column called target and it will be written
"C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe".........over there.......
now after ".......googletalk.exe"........leave a space and type /nomutex......dont forget to give a space between .exe" and /nomutex............Click Apply and OK
