First of all download this wonderful program:
hxxp://www.speedguide.net/files/TCPOptimizer.exe
***replace hxxp with http***
Then when u start the program go to settings goto cable modem or dsl whatever you have.
Go to MaxMTU and set it to 1500 this is optimal anything above this will not work as well.
